At The Home Therapist, our story sets us apart from other HVAC companies in the Tampa Bay area. As Cuban immigrants, we bring a strong work ethic, perseverance, and passion to our business. Our founder, Aridel Morales, began working with air conditioning at a young age in Cuba, where he became the go-to AC repair technician. His sons, Richard and Alex, learned the trade alongside him, helping with repairs and building new units.
In 2011, we moved to the United States, where Aridel and Richard worked in the HVAC and construction industries before founding The Home Therapist. Initially working as subcontractors, Richard earned his HVAC Contractor license in 2017, allowing us to build our reputation through customer referrals. Alex joined the company in 2020, and today, we continue to grow, helping Tampa Bay residents with all their HVAC needs.
