Estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on site inspection and work required. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing is available through third-party lenders, subject to credit approval.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Emergency calls and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
We offer manufacturer warranties on new equipment and a workmanship guarantee on labor. Warranty periods and conditions may vary by service type and product. Please contact us for warranty registration and claims.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Therapist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
