Do you price-gouge non-members?
No. Non-members pay our normal flat-rate pricing — same prices every other customer sees. Plan members get an additional discount on top. We don’t jack up the base price to make discounts look bigger.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days notice, no penalty. Pre-paid annual members get a pro-rated refund on unused months.
What's the difference between Premium and Elite?
Premium: 2 tune-ups/year, priority dispatch, 15% off repairs, member pricing. Elite: 4 tune-ups/year (quarterly), free diagnostics, extended labor warranty, same/next-day service guarantee. Elite makes sense for older systems or rental properties where downtime = lost income.
Can I enroll a rental property?
Yes. We work with Tampa landlords and property managers frequently. Multi-property discount available.
Do you also do water heater and plumbing plans?
Yes. Each system counts separately: HVAC, water heater, water softener, whole-home plumbing inspection can all be enrolled. Mix and match tiers.
What if a covered system dies during the plan?
Plan covers maintenance, not replacement. But plan members get 15% off any replacement quote + priority install scheduling. We’ll typically lock in the quote for 90 days.

Before summer (March-May) is ideal for AC tune-ups — avoid the June-August rush. Before winter (October) for heating systems. You can join any month though; we schedule around your availability.
