Is a maintenance plan worth it in Tampa?

For most Tampa homes, yes. AC systems here log 2-3x the runtime of northern systems, which means faster wear. The Home Therapy Club is $240 a year; one prevented emergency repair often covers 2-3 years of the plan. Plus priority dispatch in summer when every company is slammed.

What happens at a tune-up?

Full system check: coolant levels/pressure, thermostat calibration, electrical inspection (capacitor, contactor, relay), coil cleaning (indoor + outdoor), drain line flush, airflow test. 60-90 minutes on-site. We send a written report afterward.

Is the 10% repair discount worth it?

Math check: if a repair is $699, 10% off = about $70 saved. The Home Therapy Club is $240 a year and also includes 2 AC tune-ups and a water heater flush. One or two repairs a year, plus the included visits, and the plan pays for itself.

Do you price-gouge non-members?

No. Non-members pay our normal flat-rate pricing, same prices every other customer sees. Plan members get an additional discount on top. We don’t jack up the base price to make discounts look bigger.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days notice, no penalty. Pre-paid annual members get a pro-rated refund on unused months.

What does the Home Therapy Club include?

2 AC tune-ups a year, 1 water heater flush a year, 10% off all AC and plumbing repairs, 5% off new systems, priority scheduling and dispatch, free estimates with no service call fee, a free water quality test, and a free whole-house plumbing inspection. Up to $921 in value for $20 a month per system.

Can I enroll a rental property?

Yes. We work with Tampa landlords and property managers frequently. Multi-property discount available.

Do you also cover water heaters and plumbing?

Yes. Each system counts separately: HVAC, water heater, water softener, and a whole-home plumbing inspection are all covered. Add each system to your membership.

What if a covered system dies during the plan?

Plan covers maintenance, not replacement. But plan members get 5% off any replacement quote + priority install scheduling. We’ll typically lock in the quote for 90 days.

When's the best time to join?

Before summer (March-May) is ideal for AC tune-ups, avoid the June-August rush. Before winter (October) for heating systems. You can join any month though; we schedule around your availability.
