On duct replacements we pull the permit and schedule the inspection, and the permit fee is billed separately. Air duct cleaning is priced per drop: Value $90 (vent cleaning), Premium $130 (adds duct sanitation and a UV light) and Elite $180 (adds an air handler coil cleaning); see our air duct cleaning cost guide.
Why ducts matter in a Tampa Bay attic
In many Tampa Bay homes the ducts run through a hot attic, so a leak does double damage: cooled air escapes, and attic air gets pulled back in.
