How commercial accounts work

A business needs three things from its plumber: the vendor paperwork done, a sensible way to pay, and someone on the way when a restroom or a drain is down. This is how we handle each one.

• Fast turnaroundWe do not keep a months-long backlog. Repairs are booked quickly, and larger jobs like water heater replacements, repipes and build-out plumbing are scheduled soon after you approve the written quote.
• Certificate of insurance on requestWe email a certificate of insurance ($1M general liability, plus workers’ comp) and a W-9 when you ask, so you can set us up as a vendor before the first visit.
• Invoice terms for approved accountsApproved business accounts can pay on invoice terms instead of paying at the time of service.
• One account for every propertyOne contact and consolidated invoices across all of your locations or rentals. Each invoice shows the address the work was done at.
• Priority schedulingAccount customers get priority on our schedule. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and there is no after-hours trip or dispatch fee.
• FREE diagnosis, written quotesThe diagnosis and the estimate are FREE. You approve a written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
• Photos of the workOur techs photograph what they find and what they fix, and we can send the photos with the invoice.

Plumbing work without closing the doors

Most businesses cannot shut down for a clogged line, so we plan the work around your hours whenever the job allows it.

• Salons and barbershops. Hair, nail dust and product build up into a dense plug. On one salon job in Town ‘n’ Country we confirmed the blockage with a camera, cleared it with a 4,000 PSI hydro jet and sanitized the line while clients stayed in the chairs.
• Restaurants and kitchens. We clear and repair kitchen drain lines. Grease traps and interceptors are pumped by a grease hauling company; we do not pump them.
• Medical and dental offices. Restroom and break room plumbing, water heaters, and new supply and drain layouts when the office is remodeled.
• Older buildings. Cast iron drains and old galvanized or polybutylene supply lines fail with age. A camera inspection ($399 to $499) shows the condition before you budget a replacement.
• Written quotes. You approve the price in writing before any work starts, and we can send photos of the work with the invoice.

Common plumbing prices

These prices come from our price book. Every commercial job is quoted in writing after a FREE diagnosis; larger lines and multi-fixture jobs are priced on site.

Water heater and repipe replacements are quoted per building. On water heater installs we pull the permit and schedule the inspection, and the permit fee is billed separately.
