Cleaning, a drain line flush, a refrigerant check, a thermostat check and an inspection of the wiring and components, followed by a written report with any recommendations. We drain the tank and wash out the sediment (or descale a tankless unit), test the heating elements or ignition and the relief valve, inspect the anode rod, and check for rust, leaks and loose connections. You get a report on the condition of your water heater when we finish.

Our UV light air treatment system is $449 installed, so you pay $399 with the $50 off. The light goes inside your air handler and runs around the clock to kill the mold that grows on a wet AC coil. It works as a new install or as a replacement for an old UV light. One discount per estimate.
Buy a Nest or Ecobee smart thermostat through Home Therapist and have our techs install it. Those installs run $499 to $799 in our price book, before the $50 off. If you are getting a new AC system, a thermostat is already included with every AC install package.
