When hydro jetting is the right call
A snake opens a clog. A jet cleans the pipe. Here is when the difference matters.
Grease in kitchen lines
Grease coats the pipe walls and catches everything that comes after it. Jetting washes it off the walls, so the line stays open longer.
Clogs that keep coming back
If you have had the line snaked and it backs up again, the pipe walls are probably still lined with buildup. Jetting clears the full width of the pipe.
Roots and scale
Jetting cuts fine roots and scours scale from old cast iron lines. A camera shows us whether the pipe is in shape to be jetted.

How a hydro jetting visit works
- FREE diagnosisWe find out which line is blocked and how bad it is.
- Check the pipeOn old or damaged lines we look with the camera first, so we know the pipe can take the pressure.
- Jet the lineWe feed the hose in through a cleanout and scour the line out to the street or the tank.
- Test the drainsWe run water through the fixtures to confirm everything drains.

How much does hydro jetting cost in Tampa?

Is hydro jetting better than snaking?
For grease, roots, scale and clogs that keep coming back, yes, because the jet cleans the whole pipe wall. For a single simple blockage, snaking the sewer line at $349 is often all you need. We tell you which one fits.
Can hydro jetting damage old pipes?
It can make a weak, badly rusted or broken pipe worse, which is why we look with a camera first on old cast iron or damaged lines.
Do you hydro jet for restaurants?
Yes, we jet grease out of commercial kitchen drain lines. We do not service grease traps.
How long does hydro jetting keep the line clear?
Longer than snaking, because it removes the buildup on the pipe walls. How long depends on what goes down the drain and the condition of the pipe.
Do you do trenchless pipe lining?
No. We do not do trenchless lining. If the camera shows a broken line, we quote a section repair or a line replacement.
