This 5-minute job cost $280. Here's what you should be doing instead. Every time you change your filters, pour a cup of white vinegar down your drain line and follow with hot water. That's it. That's the whole secret. This kills the algae and the buildup from ever forming in the first place, so your system never shuts off on you. We just finished flushing one of our customers' AC.
