Today we're going to be replacing this air handle coil that's leaking only after 3 years of installation. We're going to get started on the outside pumping down the refrigerator on the condenser. We got our side supervisor monitoring us from afar. Thankfully, he's staying all the way over there. Once we get all the gas pump down, we go back inside and we disconnect the coil. We are using the heat to get the soldering off. When we get this part from the manufacturer, they only bring us a coil. So, we got to take it outside and remove the old drain pan and the old TXV to put it into the new coil. Anytime we open the copper lines, we got to replace the filter dryer. The filter dryer prevents any moisture or debris from entering the compressor and circulating around the copper lines. So, we always got to make sure to replace that. Then, we get the new coil and we put it in place. We got to make sure to get it through the rails. That way, it's nice and level and the water is draining properly. We solder the new coil in place and we make sure there's no leaks. We then move on to the outside, do a vacuum pressure, and we put in the new gas. We're done with this one and on to the next
