What is the first thing you guys check whenever someone's AC stops working? The first thing that you want to check when the AC is not working is the breakers. You have to understand that most AC units have two different parts, right? The inside unit and the outside unit. The condenser outside and the air handler inside. Each one of those two units has his own breaker on your main breaker pan. So go and check those breakers, make sure that they are on. Sometimes the breaker might be tripped. So if it's trip, just turn it off and reset the breaker. that if it's on, if both of the breakers are on, then you move on to checking the floss switch. The flo is usually the culprit when nothing huge is happening. Flow switch stops the unit so that no more water is made inside the unit and that way it doesn't blow the house. Newer units, we normally go and we see the flow switch. That's a common issue. Drain line gets clogged, floss off the unit. And that's something that you could check easily if you have the unit within reach.
