today we're in tamper doing some routine maintenance on this rooftop package unit we're also going to be replacing this blower motor fan belt because it has been secure a couple of times and it is starting to break apart once we replace a fan belt we move on to the rest of the maintenance these filters were pretty dirty and low quality we replace them with some higher quality Merve rating filters which means that that will filter the air a lot better and improve the air quality of the building as part of the maintenance we also clean the clean both coils which weren't too dirty since this is in a rooftop we also check the freon levels which were in good condition and the power consumptions for the motors and compressors which everything was good uh this system is in great working order and now that we clean everything they're ready to go for the summer season and which is right around the corner we're done with this one and we're on to the next one [Music]
