you're not trying to upsell them on anything but like you're genuinely looking out for them in their you know air conditioning system yeah so it all comes down to talk the way that you say it and I always te all my guys just just be honest just be open you know we no hiding anything and we always say exactly how I've been saying it so far you don't have any warranty the unit is over 10 years old and you have a big repair in front of you you're going to pay this much now you're going to get a new unit for maybe double that but now you have a unit that has 10 years of warranty on Parts going to give you 5 years or something like that maybe one five or 10 years on labor it's going to be way more efficient than what you have so you're going to save on your energy bill and you're going to have at least good three to five years of Peace of Mind before you have to do anything else to that unit right so don't waste your money you know that that's how we always say try and say it to our clients is when I'm not selling you I just teach
