can you walk through like the process of when you're working with customers do you like go over the phone got like the warranty details or do you do that when you get to their house how does that process work we can do it either way ideally we always want to be in the house and see the unit and see what the problem is but at least the waranty look up or the warranty search we could do it on the phone simply with the tag of the unit let say we need a compressor you send me a picture of the tag and then unit has if I can get the model and serial number I can do a look up online I can see how much warranty he has or if it has any left at all I can even see the part if it's available how much it costs I can see all of that just by getting that piece of information the key aspect is do you know what's wrong most of the time you don't so in that case it's better for us to go do the diagnosis and then we can see everything on the spot we can check the warranty we can actually look for the part that we diagnose that is broken and go from there [Music]
