all right today we got a call from this couple here in seminal because their AC was not working they had another company diagnosed that the blower motor was bad but the price was almost twice what we had quoted virtually so they decided to go with us the first thing we did when we removed the motor was cleaning the plates and the scroll the unit overall is very dirty so we recommended to the client to do a deep cleaning on the coil and to also clean the unit outside so we'll be coming back tomorrow to take care of that since we're installing a universal motor we had to install it with a capacitor in a relay this requires a little bit of extra work on our part but it gives the client a lot of money since they the original morals are usually very expensive a dirty unit like this one over a exted period of time will cause strain on the motor and eventually break it this is why it's very important to do BU anual maintenance on your system we're done with this one and we're on to the next one
