all right today we're in this very hot sandp attic this one's got a pretty big hole here that's taking in air from the hot attic so we're going to have to cover that up we're going to be installing some float switches on the units none of them have any and if at any point that drain line gets clocked for any reasons it's going to float the entire building so how a float switch works is that it's got to float and once once the water rises due to the clog it's going to interrupt the electricity to the unit so it's going to turn their system off and that way it's not going to be creating any more condensation float switches are very cheap and easy to install so we always recommend that the air handler has at least one of them install especially if they're in the Attic that way we can prevent any water damage on their ceiling uh we're done with this installation it was pretty fast and we're on to the next one
We service every brand and install Goodman and Daikin AC systems, Rheem water heaters, and Rheem and Halo water softeners. FREE estimates and a FREE diagnosis on service calls.
