all right today we're going to be doing a b annual maintenance on this system it's a new house and as you can see it's up to the new standards and codes it's got a fresh air and a sound system uh we're going to get started by spraying the coil with the cleaning agent and cleaning the air huner we're also going to pour some hot water down the drain line to make sure it's nice and clean uh then we move on to the dog sanitation we do the dog cleaning to make sure that there's no bacterias or or viruses in the dog work and the system make sure everything is nice and sanitized all of our members get free filters this ones are 2in filters so they last a little longer than the 1 in filters then we jump to the condenser um this uh is one is under a roof so it's very clean and well kept uh we wash it and then we measure all the refrigerants and consumption levels of the motors and compressors the capacitor everything is working well with this system we're going to be back here in 6 months for another maintenance and a free water heater flush
