all right today we're going to be doing a tuneup maintenance for one of our Elite members Elite members get two tuneups a year and since we installed this system about a year ago it should be nice and clean uh we first measure the electrical refrigerant to make sure everything's running fine since the system is so new we're not going to use any acids or or acids or chemicals to clean it that way we extend the coils lives once everything's nice and clean we put the leaf guard back on and move on to the inside we spray the coil cleaner and clean the cabinets then pour some hot water down the drain line to make sure everything's nice and clean as part of our inspection we also took a look at the dock work this dock work seems to be original to the house it's all metal dock works and in the installation's falling apart so we send an estimate for replacement and we'll see if the client moves on with it we finish off with a duck sanitation to keep everything nice and disinfected and drop off six filters for the customer until we come back in 6 months
