all right we got a call from a customer because their AC unit was running Non-Stop and the electric bill was very high we took a look at the system and the pressures were a little bit low and the system was very dirty the customer also had some condensation problems under the ACAC vents uh we took out the camera to see if we could see any holes or problems uh the only thing that we noticed was that the fents were very close to the glass windows and doors so that's probably what's causing the problem we still sealed them up a little bit with mastic but no concerns there the customers decided to sign up for one of our main exps so we got to work cleaning the system the calls were full of darkg hair and the drain light was almost locked we washed a coil with the coil cleaner and we ended up putting about a pound of freom uh the system is running great but the it is about 15 years old and uses the old Freon type so they should start thinking about replacement soon since they're a member we will see them back in about 6 months
