hey everyone we're here in cargo Florida we got a call from a customer because her AC wasn't cooling she said she had a loud noise the night before she felt like don't someone was breaking into her house thankfully that's not the case uh so we took a look at the system the condenser family as you can see snapped in half hit the coils pretty good but thankfully it didn't cause any damage so her sister's almost 20 years old so replacement parts are really hard to find nowadays for these old systems so we had one at the warehouse It's a used family where we do the job we tested everything just made sure the power consensus were good just got AC for now with assist it's almost 20 years old and very inefficient and dirty So eventually she's gonna have to replace it for now she's got AC
