Alejandro arrived on time to diagnose why my AC wasn't cooling and quickly found the problem that the previous company had missed. The previous company had replaced the capacitor, but although the capacitor itself was the correct one, it had been wired incorrectly. This caused the condenser fan motor to spin in the opposite direction, which could have eventually damaged the motor if it had gone unnoticed.What impressed me most was Alejandro's honesty and professionalism.
