Yearly water heater flushing helps, and a water softener helps more. These are recommendations, never requirements. How do you know if you have a hidden leak?

Start with the meter. Turn off every fixture inside the house and look at the water meter. If it keeps moving, water is escaping somewhere, often under the slab or in the yard. Our FREE basic leak search includes that meter check. Other signs are a higher water bill, warm spots on the floor, the sound of running water in quiet rooms, and damp or musty areas.

An in-depth search, such as a pressure test, is quoted in writing before we start. Slab leak repair is quoted case by case after the FREE leak detection. We do not do pool or irrigation leak detection, though we do repair broken irrigation lines.

What about clogged drains and old sewer lines?

A slow drain that keeps coming back usually points past the fixture to the main line. Roots, grease and older cast iron or clay pipe are common causes in established St. Pete neighborhoods.
