all right today we're doing another service call here in riverv viiew this customer got an error message on their therat and they decided to replace the thermostat although that wasn't the problem after they realized that they called us to diagnose the issue the inside air handler we only saw some mold growth but nothing that could stop the system uh we then started testing the system outside and that we saw the condenser motor the power consumption was high and it was starting to leak a little bit of oil and it was slight slightly grinding so although the motor is working right now it could see up again in the future and stop cooling at the worst possible time so we just decided to give them an estimate for the replacement but I think he'll probably do it himself since he's so handy hopefully he doesn't mess it up again like he did with the thermostat and waste a lot more money
