so a customer goes to the website they fill out the form or call you guys and then you're there either most of the time that day and you're able to get it done that day most of the time we're able to get it done the next day half the time we're able to get it done the same day but most of the time it's the next day that we can replace a unit takes a long process to get the parts get the units get the materials and 4 6 hours to get replaced but yeah after we get the call we're definitely there the same day 90% of the time and from there to replacing is usually same day if now the next day [Music]
