how do you help them understand that you're not trying to upsell them on anything but like you're genuinely looking out for them yeah so it all comes down to just be honest just be open you know we're not hiding anything and we always say exactly how I've been saying it so far you don't have any warranty your unit is over 10 years old and you have a big repair in front of you you're going to pay this much now you're going to get a new unit for maybe double that but now you have a unit that has 10 years of warranty going to give you 5 years or something like that maybe one five or 10 years on labor is going to be way more efficient than what you have so you're going to save on your energy bill and you're going to have at least good three to 5 years of pece of Mind before you have to do anything else to that unit [Music]
