so aside from age of the unit how does someone know when their AC needs replaced what are some signs so the AC unit is a fairly basic piece of equipment so signs that you have to get them replaced is something that you see right away because it stops calling that's basically whenever AC you need to replace it that is because stop cooling or because you're having to repair it more often than usual I see mostly in my area is you know the units stop running and then we go there is a big repair something like a gas leak is a big one and the other thing is that clients start complaining of the energy because sometimes it's not that it stops cooling it's that it doesn't cool as much so it used to take 10 hours a day to cool the home now it takes 20 so your energy build double so it's not so much of the age at some points it's also like how many repairs have you done recently not necessarily big how much money have you put into it it comes to a point that it just doesn't make sense you just throwing money to a fireplace basically [Music]
