all right so we're doing another maintenance visit here in Temple Terrace this client actually signed up for the elite maintenance plan so he took advantage of all those benefits uh the condenser was full of leaves so we have to take off all these panels to be able to remove the leaves and wash out the coils we also insulated the copper lines because it didn't have any insulation the pressures were all good for this R22 system since the client is a member we also installed this Leaf Guard so the list wouldn't get in we went on to the air handler this plenum and Docker are a mess but unfortunately this house has no attic so we can replace them the system is almost 17 years old and two and a half ton which is a little small for the house the client doesn't mind um since the client is a little member they also get a free UV light and a float switch we're finished for today and we will see them again in six months on to the next one
