Okay, so we're here today in Tampa replacing a unit for a client and this client only wanted one thing. She wanted the best unit we could give her. And here it is. It was actually one better. We usually go for Daikin, but she decided to go with Goodman because, you know, Daikin had a little bit of an extra cost and, you know, she was good with this. We give her 10 years parts, 10 years labor warranty on this unit. And also Goodman give her uh 10-year condenser replacement warranty or lifetime compressor rep- rep- warranty as well. >> [snorts] >> This unit is going to the second floor attic, so it's not going to be an easy one. We might have to take take it apart just to get it into the attic. And that beauty over there is going to be here where this older unit is. We're going to do a concrete pad and then we're going to install metal stand and metal leg stand on top of the concrete pad and the unit is going to go on top of it. That way we're raising that unit about 2 and 1/2 ft from the ground. She's concerned about flooding in this area, so, you know, we're doing the best that we can. And um and we're going to get this done today. My crew is already, you know, taking the units apart. This is how the old unit is coming out. >> [snorts] >> Like I said, the attic is not the best one. But we're going to get it done today, all in one day of work.
