This customer only paid us half, and we started the job anyway. This week we're installing four mini splits, and this is the third one. We are here in Suffer Hills, but we service all of Tampa Bay. Here's the thing, our garage out here gets very hot, like 90° or more. The owner wants to turn it into a movie room, a big screen, good sound, and a place to work out as well. A mini split is a perfect air conditioning for a room like this. It doesn't need any duct work. We mount the unit directly into the wall, and we run a small line to the outside to the condenser. Now, this room has its own temperature apart from the rest of the house. It's quiet, and it won't run up the power bill, and we can set it from his own phone since this is Wi-Fi capable. The garage is usually neglected as a storage space or a parking lot, but with a mini split, you can turn your garage into anything you want, like this customer is doing with his movie room. Oh, and that 50%? That was just a deposit. They only gave us a check for the rest before we even got started. We've done this for long enough that people trust us that way.
