Today we're going to be installing this mini split. We're in here in Cheval. This is a neighborhood here in Tampa. This house had a small detached office and it had a regular split system, but the unit was almost 20 years old and it was starting to leak and the homeowner just decided to install a mini split instead. This week we're going to be installing four mini splits. This is the second one and you're going to be seeing the other ones on our profile in the coming days. In this job we're installing a Daizuki mini split, which is an affordable brand compared to other common names like Daikin and Mitsubishi. The main difference that we see with these brands is that Daizuki only gives you two years of parts warranty, while other brands like Daikin and Mitsubishi give you 10 or 12 years depending on the model. Even though the warranty is less than those bigger brands, we have been installing Daizuki for over five years now and we haven't had any callbacks from any of these units. In our expert opinion, it is a very reliable brand and due to a high install quality that we perform, we see that these units last a long time. It doesn't matter what brand of unit you install as long as you perform a good installation.
