this is a step-by-step instruction on how to install an echo thermostat the first step always is to turn off the power to your AC once the power is off pull the old thermostat from the wall next I recommend you take a photo of the wiring before you start removing it then take the back plate of the wall the echo thermostat comes with a level which is really helpful when installing it if you need wall anchors we recommend that you use them at this time using the photo that you took earlier install the wiring this how it should look like but based on your system it could look different um once that is done push the thermostat into place and turn the power back on the programming is a step-by-step instruction that Echo gives you we recommend that you do it from your phone if you have any questions during the process we did upload a longer video that explains this a little bit better but if you have any questions reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you with anything
